Configure the Timesheet statuses that contribute to the Project, Phase and Participant Actuals

Project, Phase and Participant Actuals are calculated based on related Timesheets. By default only Submitted and Approved Timesheets contribute to these calculations. Depending on your process you may want to change the Timesheet statuses that contribute to either remove Submitted so only Approved time is included or to include Planned timesheets.

    To configure the Timesheet statuses that contribute to the Project, Phase and Participant Actuals:
    • Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings
    • Find the Custom Setting "Precursive Global Settings", then choose Manage
    • Then choose Edit by the "Global" setting
    • Find the setting value "Actual Time Statuses To Calculate Budget" and enter the Statuses that will contribute to Actual time separated by a comma. The status to choose from are "Planned", "Submitted", "Approved".
